help!! crickets just raided my chameleon cage

i just walked into my room to see my chameleon cage swarming with ants all over the place. right now i have my chameleons in a small umbrella tree outside of the cage and i am washing off the ficus in the bathroom. please tell me what i should do and how to avoid this in the future

One thing you can do is contain the crickets. get an empty 1 gallon plastic jug and cut the top off. put a hook on it and place it somewhere high. You can also try smearing a thin layer of vaseline around the bottom perimeter of your cage. i use the vaseline method for my cricket breeding tank, and i use the container method for all my cages.
