Put it in a plastic sandwich bag, seal it up and float it in warm water. Try to achieve a temperature of about 100 deg. F.

Sometimes if I'm just thawing a pinkie or two, I just wrap it in a damp paper towel and place it near a basking lamp on top of one of my cages (not under it, as this would present a fire hazard). When the paper towel is dry on the outside, the mouse is usually thawed and up to temp.

Please don't try to thaw it in the microwave.
