A terrible day turns out decent

The BAD

I woke up this morning and checked on my snakes as usual. All looked good until I came to my proven adult yellow belly. He was looking terrible. I immediately took him to the local vet to have him checked out. As we were waiting in the room for the doctor he rolled over and died. I am so depressed right now. To make matters worse last night I received one of two clutches sired by him. I received 5 slugs. Lets hope I get a male in my next clutch due anyday.

Now the GOOD

We'll the day just got a little better. I bought him from John at Next World Exotics in early March. I just spoke with John and he is sending out a ch male y-belly next week. All I have to do is pay shipping. Talk about customer service. This just shows the type of guy John is. He feels very terrible about this. And is doing something to help me out. John is going far above what I expected. I thought he might give me a discount or something. I never expected this. But I should of seen it coming. John is one of those rare people. Wish more people in this business were like him. John is doing something many other wouldnt even think about. He knows how to keep his customers happy. This is the reason I always contact him when there something I want.

Sorry to here about your male! But I have heard wonderful things about Next World Exotics, and this just proves everything I have heard! I wish you luck with your new clutch! Did the vet say why he died?

Sorry for your loss. Hope the next clutch works out and gives you the male you want.
Very impressive customer service, very impressive. Customer Service like that is definitely something that is missing in this industry / hobby.
Kudos to John
