Best thing to do is to start taking the fairing lowers off your bike. What ever you do, don't start your bike, you could burn your snake. Might try a dead rat on the ground about 5 feet away.

I realize it's Sunday morning and your snake is probably back in it's cage, but the best way to get the snake out is offer it a better place to go. Is there any rush to the situation? If not set up some nice hot basking sites, and some hide spots /- food items right next to the bike. Make the current crevice less appealing by dripping ice water into the area.

Wow.......(now where were U 10hrs later) LOL
I don't know how it came to me,but thats kinda what I did.I rolled bike over to his cage, and and put tail under heat lamp,it stayed there for 2 hrs nothing. Then it hit me,looking at my digital temp,it read 87 in living and 82inside open cage
(did I mention I live in south Florida so Duh.... of course he wasnt going ANYwhere LOL hide box and nice heat)But that changed I put unit fan on full blast facing him,and turned my ac on the lowest it could go.True enough who do you think came out within 30mins,,,Right to the hot spot.
Thanks for everyones help however :D

I thought of something else the other day. of course, it's a moot point now, but placing an electric shaver or something that would vibrate near the snake touching the frame or motor would definately get it looking for another location OFF THE BIKE. Cooling the snake could have just sent him deeper in the bike, but it worked for you.
