Hi,
At this age, let her eat as many bugs as she wants. They do most of their growing in a short amount of time and they need massive amounts of protein to do so. Offer her 2, 10 min. feedings twice a day and let her decide. If you don't feed enough early on, their growth can become stunted. When Gordo was a baby...he reguarly ate 100 crickets a day and my baby Layne eats nearly that many...about 80 a day. Chiquita girl is much more interested in silkworms..heh. You might want to consider feeding silkies instead...mealworms have a very high chitin level. Continue to offer greens everyday...but at this age, bugs are much more important.

What does friend mean to you?
A word so wrongfully abused
Are you like me, confused
All included but you

Why’s it have to be this way?
Be this way

As far as which percent of the diet should be veggies vs protien it changes as they age...

hatchlings and young juvies should be eating 90% protien and 10% veggie matter, and by the time they are adults (1-2yrs) they should be eating 90% veggies and 10% protein. The inbetween time is a transition...as the months pass just make sure to offer more and more greens.
