I have a 3' wide, 1' deep (18'' tall?) tank with a 1' platform covering one side. (floor space would be around 4² feet. What is the max number of geckos I could fit (all female).

well, if you consider that an 20g is roughly 2 squair feet, then 4 would be about 40 gallons. so maybe 4 or 5 females. just include lots of hides, and multiple feeding dishes and you should be fine. Pics would be great

erm a 20gal long has floor dimentions of 36' x 12' doesnt it? i have a to gal but its 18' high so i have 24 x12 and i to be honst i dont htink id put a secon d leo in there not enough room for them. i would only put 2 in because apart from anything it only has 3 feet floor space not 4 unles your gonna put a second level in because 3 x1 = 3 i dare say thats a typo error by you but if people are gonna advise uyou on a 4 ft tank. neays id only put 2 possably 3 because i think it owul eb crowded. it probs woulnd affect the geckos to have 4 from what ive heard but i think it would look crowded. this is just my opinion from how i think it would look. i dont know about how many can share but i wouldnt think 5 could.

hmm...well, I'm not very good with imperial measurements. If you could give some precise metric measurements we could figure out exactly how big the tank is.

Stick to one gecko per standard size (i.e. not tall) 10g. and maybe add another if you have a second level and lots of hiding spaces.
