Much to my surprise...

Just as I was surprised to discover Sprocket was a male, lo and behold, he's a fertile male! And he managed to do his biological duty before I got his separated from Leeloo.

This is Pickle - he made his appearance today. He's called Pickle because that's what he left me in. I was completely unprepared for his arrival, not having expected any eggs to hatch. He was in the jar for an hour or two while I ran around frantically getting a decent cage together for him.

Another picture, just cuz it's fun. Pickle is just over 2" long, snout to tail tip.
