This cross was designed to add a different dimension to the blood boa project. Looking at the bloody salmons everyday I am amazed at their color. I thought this combination had the potential to make some great looking blood boas based on the natural hypomelanism in the Hogg island boas. Already the babies show alot of red color. In addition, as I will outline in a separate post, these babies are het for anerytrhistic.
