questions on feeding Indonesian Snakeneck

Hi All. I just got an Indonesian snakeneck and am trying to find other things to feed him. He's about 5 inches right now. I have given him feeder fish, and reptomin. He won't take crickets and I don't really know what else to give him. How much should I be feeding him for his size?

Any help would be appreciated.
