Leo Breeding

PoohBear03031 Jul 15, 2003 03:58 AM

I have four 3 year old Leos, three girls and one boy. I am interested in mating them, but they don't seem to share my interest. They have lived together their entire lives, and have never shown any attraction toward each other. I have heard that it is relativly simple to get them to mate, am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

how do you keep them? sometimes improper housing will discourage breeding. if you housing them right, there must be a problem, cos' i've never met anyone who couldn't get the geckos atleast get it on, lol. how sure are you that your male really is a male?

your head will collapse, but there's nothing in it, and you'll ask yourself, "where is my mind"

That was my thought. Are you sure that your male is well... a male. Especially about that age, they should have breed by now.

LOL.....all great minds think alike, that was my thought as well. If you are sure one of them is a male, you can try to separate him from the girls for a couple of weeks then reintroduce him to see whether that works or not. I have not tried this with geckos but I know it works with chameleons and bearded dragons.
