I read every other day. I have been feeding them every day.
Thoughts?

My boxies are outside. They eat mostly stuff they find. I put food out a couple times a week, but they don't eat much of it.

Twice a week in addition to what they catch. I just feel better to suppliment their diet.

Mine won't eat daily so I feed him every two or three days. If he would eat daily, I would feed him that often.

We feed ours twice a week, now that there's more to forage around in for them in their enclosure.
If we don't get rain, I'll turn on a sprinkler in the enclosure (very localized showers) for a couple of hours, to get the earthworms moving.
I used to feed them more often, but stopped when I realized that the adults were just getting fat.
