Argentine female (unusual stool/shed) should i be concerned?

Bodhisdad Jul 04, 2005 08:03 PM

Hi all, I have a 5' female argi and she passed an unusual stool. It looked to be a waxy urate, almost the color of brown mustard, instead of the usual white. The solid portion of her stool was much smaller then usual (passed a few days after the urates). She also shed and i didn't see her in blue at all. The unusual thing is the skin is almost the same size as her previous shed. I know because i keep her shed skin and hang/dry them so i can keep track of her growth. Could this be a reproductive thing with her?? She is getting to be that size i would think. If anyone has any input on this matter i would be thankful for your input. Clint

There shouldn't be anything to worry about. Stools are always different in color and size. The size of the sheds don't matter either because they stretch so much.

Just keep an eye on her.
