how much food is to much for a wc female that just started eating again

she ate 1 full size mouse and 2 weanling mice shes roughly 1250 grams should i continue to feed her or give her a break she definitly has not eaten since i got her at christmas time

I'd offer her food every 5 days or so, and try to get her on small rats.
