Based on the Belly- it is not a hypo- (no reduction of black). I would call it just a light phase specimen either tan or green. Its difficult to see which one exactly. Nice snake though!

Since a ghost is hypomelanism combined with a form of anerythrism. It looks like an uncommonly light-coloured normal and is certainly something special.
