How long can I go w/out a UV bulb? Mine blew out. I've been using caclium w/D3 in it. I'm ordeing one this week. The bulb blew ou tlast week. Oh, and all but 2 of Kane's and S10's heat bulbs burnt out. Fabulous huh?

Well lucky for me, I never need heat bulbs, the one powersun actually if anything, makes it too warm. I have back up lights like basking bulbs and stuff so when my Powersun goes out, i turn one of those on until the new one comes in. He'll be fine without UV for a little while, just as long as the temperatures are ok.

I don't use the UV lights at all just the suppliments, your wise to both, its a mistake to rely just on the lights for D3.

I've has success w/just the Powersun or the Trex 100 watt spot in summer months. I use the d3 cacium as backup. And that alone also has worked.
