sry i forgot to ask about how often do you feed these hungery little suckers beacuse im afread im going to over feed this guy but hes allways hungery.....

I like to feed them multiple times a day. An adult, I will offer 4-5 adult crickets. About the same amount of superworms. It will take lots more regular mealworms to fill up a collared.
So about 10-15 a day. If the lizards throws it all up, try backing down to 2-3 crickets per feeding etc.

forgot to ask in the forum but do you need to turn the heatlamp off at night or just leave it on all the the time as i did last night....

I have turned all lights off at night for years. They are fine!
Just turn them on when ya wake up, and then serve BREAKFAST when hes all heated up 
....
