sick turtle, pease Help

i think my shelly is sick.he feels like he has gotten hollow and light ( not his color his weight).and he isn't as strong as when i got him. what should i do

If it is otherwise eating ok, it may be getting dehydrated. Your setup doesn't appear to have any damp places for it to hide, or a deep enough dish to really soak in.
You had expressed concern over possible shell problems: have you taken it to a herp vet yet? If you haven't yet, do it soon. An experienced professional who can give it a thorough checkup in person will be much better equipped to make a proper diagnosis.
Hopefully it will be ok.
Now go make that appointment!

parasites from mixing geographically separate species

These are the two I would guess are the most likely causes for your box turtle to be underweight. A healthy box turtle feels surprisingly heavy for it's size.
