Can you help me identify this snake?

I have a coworker who lives in North Dallas. He came across this snake swimming in a creek in the back of his house. At the time he killed it, it was eating a small frog.

I gave him hell about killing it, but I was hoping you all might help me identify it.

a link to your c: drive isn't going to work, post the picture to a website, there are many photo hosting sites that offer free space for a few pictures, I believe that kingsnake.com does it as well, look at their photo gallery link.
