RETF Lighting and Heating

I just ordered a RETF and planning to recieve it sometime next week. I heard that they need UV light but then I also read on the furoms that they do not require any lighting. I live in Now York so my house does not stay warm most of the time. My question is what kind of light should I get and how high should the watt. be. Thank you for your help.
