My year old female dragon has had a slight prolapase from her anal pore the last week or so. I gave her a bath today and put some antibiotic ointment on it, but what else can I do to help her?

Pores do not prolapse, they secrete a waxy substance used to mark territory. BDs prolapse from the vent (where they poop).
A prolapse can be treated by soaking your BD in highly saturated sugar water and then placing them on a damp paper towel. It must be kept clean. You can use some K-Y jelly. If it does not subside, a vet visit is imperative. Prolapses may be caused by infection or by over-straining.

What size is she? What kind of heat and what kind of feeding regiment do you have her on? Has she ever been bread or laid eggs? IMHO Many prolepses are caused by husbandry issues that need to be addressed.
Good Luck
