If you can get it from the US without problems (might check with your agriculture ministry), I'd recommend the gutload from www.wildeyereptiles.com but whatever you do, if you are buying a gutload, ask for a list of ingredients and read this article (http://www.chameleonnews.com/gutload.html) and make sure you are getting a good recipe, many are not. Otherwise, a good recipe for making it yourself is available at www.adcham.com
