Is a 30"wide 12"deep 19"tall aquarium large enough for a bearded dragon? I'm pretty new at these lizars.

How old, how big? I had Darwin in a 29h gallon tank until last week (it's about 19hx30Lx12d He is now in a 75 gal (48x21x18)

It is recommneded that the very smallest for an adult is a 55 gal tank.

Would it be to big for a 4week, 6in. dragon? Or would he be to stressed?

If its 30inches long it should be fine for a 6inch baby, but if definately wont last long. The smallest recomended size tank for an adult beardie is a 55gallon (48Lx12wx18h) but most people think thats a bit on the small size and opt for 75 or 90gallons or larger

very true.. I had my male/female in a ~130 or so gallon until they mated this past week and I seperated them. I had to put the female in a ~40gallon while the big boy got to keep the ~130 and she doesnt look to happy about it She gets alot more attention (and crix) then he does so I guess she wins in the long run
