at my local reptile tore they have a salom pink boa for 450, it is about long, looks like it is in good health do you guys think it is worth it

can a boa live in a 4' long by 18 inch wide by 18 tall cage its hole life(i will have him out like everyday tho so just to sleep and bask and drink in)
