This gets very confusing to me and I just have to ask questions so I can see where I am at.

As for what I have.. who knows. I was not saying I have this or that.. just what would it take to determine if I have a specific type of morph.

Anyway.. Thanks again for taking the time to write back and forth. I appreciated the info. I hope I didnt come off as rude or arrogant.. it was not meant that way.

Working in computers I tend to be very analytical and like to see a start and finsh point.. with Boas and genetics it is taking me longer to comprehend things are not always this percise.

my jungle boa male, I will make an effort to take multiple pics of each in the litter, in groups and alone, under a clear lighting scenario and from multiple angles. I will also document the color development between the distinguished jungles and non-jungles (and any hard to call ones inbetween). Hopefully this will help add to the information pile out there.

I would like to get a few more jungles from different sources (from different litters), and I will do the same with them.

If any of my rambling has helped you or anyone else at all...then it was all worth it! That's what we're here to do -help each other!

Keep us posted on what you find out about your aberrant boas. I wanted to mention a breeding loan possibility as well since you said you didn't have a Jungle Boa but April beat me to it LOL! I'm sure there are some breeders that wouldn't have a problem doing a breeding loan with one of your female "aberrants" to one of their male Jungles. Best of luck!

Thanks,
Celia

I had thought of it but then I thought who would want to waste a male on my female if they had other females they could use of their own. Wow.. that sounded like alot.

I have 2 girls this year ready to breed. If anyone reading this has a Jungle male and would like to help me get to the bottom of this, please send me an email.

I will be in Daytona and can bring her there or I can ship Delta etc.

I will get some new pics too.

I'm at work right now but will be at our facility at around 4:30pm central time. Feel free to give me a call then or email me and maybe we can work something out. I'll have to talk to Sean about it too but we can probably do something..........

Thanks,
Celia
