i dont know exactly how to set up a tank for a pac man, but from what i seen use a substrate for the ground, add a water bowl and some places to hide. A ten gallon while do fine because these guys dont move around much. If i am wrong about any of this someone please correct me.

1. There is no such species as a "green pacman", but there are two common species that come in different morphs: "Ceratophrys Ornata" and "Ceratophrys Cranwelli"

2. A tank would be a 10-20 gallon terrarium with a 2-6"(deeper is better) layer of unfertilized soil(Bed-A-Beast would work) and a waterdish for "bathing". The substrate should be kept relatively damp but not wet.

3. The big enclosure should theoretically be able keep a pair of pacmans and more, but I DON'T reccomend it, since they can be cannibalistic.
To me, it seems like an unnessecary risk.
