Crested Gecko Cage

I have a cage that I made out of Melamine. It is 4ft X 2Ft X 1.5Ft It has a glass door and good air circulation. I was wondering...I know that cresteds are aboreal geckos but would my cage be ok? I would put it in there from the get go it would be older before I did this...
