I've seen people put large leaves and other accents in their vivariums. What kinds of leaves have been useful to you guys on this forum? I'd assume they are bought, but I'm not sure; I think black jungle sells different varieties of leaves.

Both oak leaves and magnolia leaves are slow to decay and are compatible with dart frogs. Since we don't have either in SE Idaho, I've had to beg and trade for them, but you might be able to collect them in your area. They may leach some tannins into your false bottom, but other than coloring the water tan, this isn't harmful and is good for tadpole raising. Of course you want to avoid anything with resins, such as pine needles, etc. You can also use something like maple or fruit tree leaves, but these decay rapidly--no harm, but don't stay "decorative" for very long.
