Hi everyone,
I think my collared is sick but i don't know what it is, any help would be greatly appreciated. she hasn't been eatting for a week or so now and shes lost a lot of weight. Also whenever i pick her up her eyes are always closed and they take awhile to open. Usually as soon as she knows i'm there her eyes open right up. Today i noticed some kind solid stuff leaking out of the corner of her eye. Does anyone know what could be wrong with her? I'm really worried about the weight loss so if anyone can help that'd be great. Heres an old pic of her.

If they have their eyes shut, and you see a discharge than its some sort of infection going on. Your pretty little girl is sick and the only way to get her better will probably be antibiotics.

Your going to have to call your vet. If it had just been the weight I would have said parasites, can make them lose weight and become lethargic/ lose their appetite. But the eyes are a symtom of infection.

It would not hurt to have a fecal done while your there anyway, to check for worms.
