Does anybody know about them? Are they non-agressive like the redtails? Also how is the ease of care? Good for beginner?

Does anybody know about them?
I know a little bit about them as I keep a bunch.
Mine were docile at first but are now aggressive since my collection has reached over 100plus snakes...I simply don't have time to hold them or transition them back into being calm while handled.
I think their care is fairly simple. Mine seem to thrive at slightly cooler temps (but not much lower than needed for most boas). I feed mine irregularly. They seem to have a slower metabolism and refuse meals for me if I try feeding every 7 days. Therefore I feed every 2 - 3 weeks. They are doing very well.
As for if they're good for beginners...Well...it depends if you buy them captive born or farm hatched. If they are farm-hatched, then no...because in most cases they'll only eat live mice. It is a pain to feed live because of the risk. The only problem is that few people breed central american boas. Also, if you are looking at buying them from a particular source...find out WHERE in central america they originate from. This should be easy info to get if you are thinking of buying from someone reputable. Good luck and feel free to email me if you have any questions or would like some pics.
