Sorry for a bit of a late reply. I jsut got on here and saw this message.

Bicolor are like most Phyllomedusas, in that they sleep all day and stay still in one place. However, at night, they move around, hunt, and soak in a water bowl. when I first got my pair, I had a flimsy screen top on the tank and was gone that whole night. When I returned, I found the top on the floor and the frogs not in the tank. I always leave the door to the room shut, so wasn't too worried, but they still could have dried out. I found both of them on the opposite side of the room basking on my egress window sill.

I haven't heard my male call, so am not really sure what it sounds like. Did you end up getting one at the show? I know Mark Lucas ( http://www.markmlucas.com ) lists adult male bicolro on his site and also LLL Reptile ( http://www.lllreptile.com ) has both adult males and females for sale (last I checked). Good luck and if you have any more questions, let me know.

I have a group of 6 bicolors (4.2). The males make a soft chuckling nise when I pick them up, but otherwise I haven't heard any noise from them. They are probably the laziest tree frog I have ever owned, even compared to White's treefrogs. My Red Eyes are usually out and about by 11 PM, but even checking in the middle of the night and I haven't seen much movement. I do catch them taking dips in their water tub. The person I bought them from told me they prefer thinner branches or vines to large pieces of driftwood, so I am rethinking how I set up their cage. I'll warn you that they eat alot, I am back to buying crickets by the 1000, but I get them cheap from my husband's work so its ok.

Here is a pic of one:
