seven of the nine are like the ones posted, the other two are not quite as red, I don't plan on keeping any, and I wish your female was a male, she is hot.
Thanx... she's a great snake... neva misses a meal... what are you selling um for? did you get all hypos in the entire clutch? any of your hatchling females have lots of red/or some red/ on their heads?
Thanx

Zfelicien, how old is that hypo in the last pic you posted? That is a marvelous looking snake. I just noticed today after my hypo brooksi FINALLY shed it's entire skin that it is starting to show some red.
All of the brooksis' posted look GREAT!!
The hypo in first and last pic is the same snake... the last pic is from the day i got her, and the first pic was taken about a month ago.

OMG! those are great brooks, i have a normal, het for nothing brooks that i absolutely love, she is great. i will be breeding her in 07'-08', and hopefully after that. any tips or things you would suggest for breeding brooksi kings? btw, i am curious as are others as to how much you are selling for.......
-----
i have one Brooks Kingsnake, hopefully breeding in the next couple of years! yaaahhhh, only if i can find a male though lol, but im still looking for a male lol
Glad you like um... i won't have any Pure Brooksi this season... all i'll have are lavender Brooksi X Goini

i should have some Lavender X 2X het Hybino Hatchlings in `06 [lavenders(poss. het Hypo) and normals (het lavender/poss. het Hypo)] and just about every Brooksi Morph by `07 (with the exception of Peanut butter and White-sided)
as far as prices go i cant tell until the eggs hatch out...
the super Brooks Male maybe up for sale in a few (if i don't find a suitable mate)

you should be able to find a nice mate for your female... lots of people have Brooksi for sale... just keep up with the classifieds ads.
Good luck

well remember that i wont be buying anything till mid summer in 2007, so i got a lot of time, but i cant wait, i asked before, any special things that you would suggest just for Brooksi?

Brooksi are pretty easy to take car of... keep um fed and hydrated you'll be fine
As well as provide a good hiding place for "resting," digestion, security, shedding. Keep good temps.
lastly treat your snake well... I have a small collection (to me any way) of 37 snakes which consists of mainly Brooksi... and I give each and every one of them a lil handling time... I hate dealing with aggressive snakes... I keep and breed Brooksi for the love of it not the profit... I'm in college these lil guys burn a hole in my pocket (feeding them!!!), but I just can't seem to let um go...
ok enuff with the rambling

Oh... I forgot
as far as breeding goes:
just make sure your female has a nice size before you try to breed... you'd hate to lose a female cuz of impatients.
Brumate your pair properly
feed them well after brumation
keep an eye on them while breeding if your female is really uninterested she may just eat your male.
if it doesn't work on the first shed try introducing them on the female's 2nd shed
Not sure what else to say...
Good Luck!

ya she is about 27 inches right now, and im waiting another 2 years to brumate the two, so she should be able to produce a pretty big clutch by then. btw, i have no clue how i am going to get the tank down to 55f to hibernate the two, i mean, room temp is like 71 or 72 degrees, how do i get it down that low?

Well my snake's Brumation temp fluctuated... i just left a window open and cover their enclosures with Newspaper (to make it dark) i think it's more a photo period thing rather than a temp thing cuz people have bred snake before that have never been brumated.
best advice keep um as cold as you can... may be a basement and keep the enclosure as dark as you can.

well i guess that i could put them in my garage, or even in the crawl space, that is perfect

Thanx... i do these at work... i have no Hi-speed connection at home... if you have access to a hi-speed connection you'll get clarity in your pix.

ZF, thanks for all the pics you've posted. I can't believe how wide of an array of brooksis' you have, it's incredible. Please let us know when you get some hatchlings how much you're going to be selling them for, I'm quite interested. Oh, and that "super" brooksi, is it het for something? That's one of my favorites that you posted.
I'll be posting some more pics in a couple of days of my hypo brooksi. It shed yesterday and he looks BEAUTIFUL. I can't wait to hear all of your feedback when I post the pics, because, well... I might be biased, but I think mine is one of the best looking hypos I've seen. It just looks so different then any other ones posted. It's not bright red or anything, but it has an amazing design on it. Anyways, thanks again ZF.
No prob i look forward to seeing him.
