Depends on your idea of perfect. Like do you agree with hybrids?
I'm assuming you are talking about the yacareXspectacle..
Though female Specs only get 4 maybe 5' and the males about 6' or so, but you also got to look at the other species that is in the bloodline. Yacares can get to be a good 8 feet or so. Now you gotta think which traits this particular caiman is going to be dominate. Also, why get a hybrid? Its just screwing with purebreds and I'm sure the main reason for it is because they are a loop hole to ship cross state lines with out permits..
I 've also noticed Mitch saying that these particular animals grow to be adults at 4'-6' (They haven't been around long enough to determine this. Especially with two bloodlines) I remember not to long ago him offering them as the First ones to have been hatched and I know it hasn't been more than 3 yrs since these were offered so he can't really declare that size limit.
As for it being docile, I bet it still has the caiman trademark.
However, choice is yours to get one or not. Just remember, a crocodilian is a crocodilian and the only perfect pet is the one you are ready for.

i was not planing on breeding them so it wouldn't mess up any pure blood lines. but you had some very good points. thank you for your help!

Have you read the earlier discussion about these Diamond Caiman? If not you should. No one seems to have one and Mitch doesn't like to talk about them apparently as he has never informed anyone here about them. The ad is full of contradictions that he will not clear up. I'm sure he'll claim that I'm attacking his business by posting this but oh well. He's had three chances to explain the hybrids and how he came to the conclusions he has, and hasn't given any straight answers to the questions that I have asked him. So my advice is to stick with a crocodilian species that many people are knowledgable about so that you can get as much accurate information as possible. Just my two cents, good luck.
I don't visit this fourm much anymore so sadly I missed the previous topic.
When I stated bloodline I 'ment by producing hybrids.

hi everyone, i have a diamond caiman i purchased from Mitch in January.
i was extremely pleased with Mitch's help and quick shipment, and the caiman is incredible. he actually had it trained to eat with some knocking and a bark. so far it has yet to bite, and eats like a champ.
Mitch is right about the temps, too. when i first got the little guy, i had him at normal temps for spectacled. he wouldn't eat or anything, and Mitch told me to drop the temps to almost room temperature. he started eating and has been doing great since i dropped them.
as for the size, i'm eager to see what happens.
sorry i couldn't respond to this earlier, but i've been without a phone line for a while. i'd have definately backed up Mitch and his caimans sooner, since i've been nothing but pleased.
any other questions just contact me
