Temperature for a pueblan milk snake

jenni609 Jul 11, 2005 12:56 PM

I have a publan milk snake that is a couple months old. The terrarium is at a constant 80 degrees. Is that warm enough?
Thanks,

its recommended to have a temp gradiant with a warm side and cooler side. although i have a tangerine dream honduran milk with a UTH (under the tank heater) that would avoid it so i turned it off and now he uses his whole tank. his temps are just room temps of 77 with our a/c on. as long as he is active, eating, pooing he should be ok. but i'm not an expert. this is just my exp with my milk. :0)
