Snails

Nate83 Jul 11, 2005 04:47 PM

Hello All,

I have what I think are garden snails in my yard, and lots of them. I know that Blackthroats eat snails but does anyone know if the land/garden snails native to southwest New Mexico are safe for a BT to eat? Thanks for any help.

regards,
Nate

I am no expert but I have heard that they are fine, but that monitors also become addicted to them, like ball pythons and mice, or monitors with crabs, but again I am not an expert, just saying what I have heard through the grapevine. If you are in doubt, or cannot get a good enough answer, then dont do it
