I don't keep up on all the acryonyms for reptiles. What does CWB stand for? A lot easier to give advice if we know what it's for.

hahah water dragons lol

Okay, now we know.

There are numerous online links for housing Chinese Water Dragons. I believe several deal with outdoor enclosures.

If I were you I'd at least consider building a large screened in cage that can be rolled indoors and out depending on the weather. In that case you might google 'outdoor chameleon caging' as that style of caging is very popular among chameleon keepers.

Oh, a CWD, of course. For an inddor cage MDF, LP, PB, or AC plywood can be used. You can cut them with a PS, CS, TS. A RAS would also work. To make them WS you can use FRP, VL, PVCX or various sealers.

For an exterior cage you'll need to use WR and UVS materials. So avoid most of the above and PVCX since they lack the UVR. If you go with WR materials you can save money by avoiding s4s and using r4r instead.

Okay, in all seriousness I hope my tounge-in-cheek response shows you that we need more than an undefined acryonym to figure out what you are keeping. All of the above acronyms are used in the building trades but I always take the time to write them out when replying. You should do the same.
