Question for North Carolina Residents

Hi. I currently live in Florida and will be moving to N.C next year. I'm wondering if there are regulation or laws regarding herps in N.C.

I looked on the N.C Fish and Wildlife website but can't find anything. I breed boa constrictors so I'm wondering if I have to apply for a permit to keep them.

There's a study bill in the legislature (S1032) that was originally a ban on species over 8 feet.
