3 graybands found last week, the stories.........

John Fraser Jul 11, 2005 09:18 PM

My wife Barb & I spent last week in West Texas, our daughter Patricia flew into Midland on July 5 & joined us. We saw 3 alterna last week & given the extreme heat, with hot days 100-104F most days & slow cooling times most nights, we felt fortunate to have found any graybands, but we did & here is the stories:

Grayband 1, found Saturday, July 2, at 11:27pm, 82F, this snake, a 12" female, no doubt last years hatch, was seen at 3.2 miles West of Sanderson.
