AlteredMind99 Jul 12, 2005 05:34 PM

So recently i heard about Yellow fungus Disease for the first time, and then at work the other day i was reading Exotic DVM magazine and they had an interesting article on it. It got me wanting to know more about this awful condition....does anyone have any good links to articles or other information concerning YFD??

Cheryl at reptilerooms.com has an article about it. basically this is a disease for the dragons. It's pretty rough stuff. My dragons have it. Basically, all your store bought dragons will get it. It's yellow, or course, but can look orange in a more advanced stage. If not taken care of it will affect your beardie. Before I really realized what mine had, they started to get sluggish and not wanting to eat, losing weight. Then I found out, and now I'm treating them for it.

If you want to know more about how I'm treating them, let me know. My SIL and I have been doing the same treatment and it's been working great.
