A regular "black light" will not work for reptile lighting. If you have a fluorescent fixture, the product with the best reputation is the Reptisun 5.0. It's very reliable, but keep in mind your uro must be within 6"-12" for him to get usable UVB off of that. There are other options as well (mercury vapor, compact fluorescent, etc), so I would suggest doing some research. You can search archives here or on other forums, or I would highly recommend going to Reptile UV's info page if you really want to get into the nitty gritty. TONS of information to absorb there!

Hi!
When you start thinking about what kind of a lamp you should choose, you really should read this article named "UV-lamps for terrariums: Their spectral characteristics and efficiency in promoting vitamin D3 synthesis by UVB irradiation", which was published in Herpetomania 3-4/2004
(Herpetomania is a magazine of the Herpetological Society of Finland www.herpetomania.fi/english/index.shtml ).
...And you can read the article (in english) from here: www.saunalahti.fi/toweri/
This article is also linked along with many others on the Reptile UV info site.
