Got another Florida King 2day...

This girl is freak'n Huge! the biggest FL. king i've every seen... she's 56" long and thick as ever, as far as i know she isn't het. for any thing, but i think i'll get an enormous clutch from her next season.

here she is... she hasn't had a meal and she isn't gravid check out how thick her side is!!!!

Florida kings are commonly found in the sugarcane fields surrounding the southern portion of Lake Okeechobee during the late winter/early spring. I have found about 50 there in the past few years.

As "Foxturtle" stated i purchased that snake... i'm in the metro NY area and we don't have wildlife here (well the zoo)... i've never been herp'n so i haven't a clue where kings (of any kind) are found...

This "lil" girl is 5 1/2 inches thick... and all muscle! i have no clue how old she is but she gotta be over 8 yrs old... the guy just had her sitting in his apartment for yrs... this girl is big enuff 2 eat RATS!

Man, I can't believe that! You should feed her a rat and post some pics of it... please. lol I can only hope my hypo floridana gets that big. She's got a ways to go, but the way she tears these mice up, I wouldn't be surprised! Thanks for the pic ZF!
