I have heard that leucs tend to be female heavy (my group of 5 turned out to be 1.4). If they are a year old and you haven't heard calling (you can't miss it), I would guess you have 2 females.

Well I have only had them for 2 days The owner before me said he didn't hear them call, but I'm not sure if he was around much.

One definitely is huskier and a little bigger than the other.

Here's another picture

Got a male you wanna get rid of Josh I really wanna see these things breed! It sounds so fun and addicting!

They seem to not like the substrate very much..it sticks all over them.

I used a mixture of about 35% coco fiber (bed-a-beast like brick stuff), 35% orchid bark, 20% leaf compost (old, brown leaves from outside...most crumpled up), and 10% loose coco fiber fill.

The ground is moist, and it just sticks all over them and I constantly see them try to kick it off. They chill in the water, on plants, or in the coco hut on the plastic lid, probably trying to avoid the substrate sticking to them.

Is there anything I can do? Should I mist it well so it is harder and wont stick as much? Any tips?

The substrate should compact and become less adhesive over time.

I believe they do have a tendency to a high female ratio. I've detected only one calling male among 6 leucs.
