What frogs do you recommend?

Abrienna Jul 13, 2005 12:13 AM

I currently own an ACF, and am interested in getting a friend for him. However, I have recently become quite fasinated by the more traditional frog type frogs and would like some. I'm currently housing two "baby" green frogs, but will be releasing them tomorrow, and have grown somewhat atached to the Rana genus. So I'm thinking of getting some Leopard frogs or Green frogs if I can find a dealer. However, I also like the small size and active nature of the Oriental Fire belly toads. Can anyone give me recommendations?

Well since I have FBT's I would have to say them.

They are as you can tell very colorful and very active.

Most tree frogs are noctournal, it's going to sleep basically all day, while a FBT will never sleep(well you don't ever seem them sleeping at least) and is always moving around day or night time.

SO I would say a FBT.

FBT's are nice... But when you say you are getting a "friend" for your ACF-- you're not planning on putting other species in WITH your ACF, right?
