Crested ate moss!

My femle crested gecko missed a cricket and ate some moss! Will she be alright?!

It should be fine, moss is digestable. On the other hand things like wood shavings and sand are not.

There is nothing in their cage but sphagnum moss, a bonzi ficus, a piece of cork bark and a plastic water dish.
