my lizard is about 8 months old. he hasn't shed in months and when he does he sheds his tail first. i have noticed instead of his whole body going dull the scales about half a centimeter up his nose and down the side of his face have gone white. i also opened his mouth and it was very pale white inside. he is eating fine although teh pet shop hasn't had any locusts in so he has been eating green for the past few days. he seems alright in himself but he doesn't shed like this and i have never seen his face like that. please help
Kayleigh

My adults tend to do that. If the insides of his mouth are too pale it could mean he has parasites. I would have a fecal exam done if you are worried.
