heat source for incubator

i have a large commercial fridge that i need to heat. i have heard that heat cable is a good choice. where do you get it and is it a good option.

Look in the caging section of the classifieds. You can also use flexwatt.

I use Soil Heating Cable purchased from a Gardening Supplies company. It ranges in length from 6 feet to eighty feet. I have a large upright freezer incubator equipped with it, controlled by a pulse proportional thermostat and two thermometers.
