I just got a new leopard gecko about 3 mounths old. on the way home it threw up and then ate it. when i got it home it ate 7 medium crickets and 2 the next day. it hasnt eaten since then. is that normal? also i got formulated flys for leos and it wont eat it how can i get it to eat it? also my neighbor has a bearded dragon and he gives it bathes to help it poop. can u do this for leopard geckos to. thanks for your help

The excitement probably caused it to regurgitate; as long as this doesn't happen regularly you're fine.

It's normal for them to occaisionally skip food for a day or two.

Trying to get them to eat those flies is a losing battle. Everyone I know, including myself, who has even got their leo to take a bite of them has had the leo spit them out.

If they don't have enough heat to digest their food they will throw up or if they eat to much. When I switched my male over to mealworms he threw up a couple of times because he ate to much but he never had that problem with crickets. When mine were still on crickets they ate every other day and I also noticed that mine get hungry right after they use the bathroom. As far as baths go I know that my beardies love water but my geckos hate it. I had to put one of my girls in a bath one time to get some shed off her toes and she freaked so I don't think they like baths to much.
