What are your ranges now and what is your situation? Are you using supplemental heat? If your room temps are climbing into the 80's on their own, then you can go ahead and unplug any extra heat. Even mid 70's and they should be fine as is.

my ranges now are 65-70 at night durring the day however depending on weather and what not cause my apartment does not hold temp well i range from 82-100 and it hits 100 easily i have my corn on timers but i was wondering if there was anything out the like the programabl thermostats they have for houses but with relays to turn heat lights off if it gets to hot or on if it gets too cold? is there anything thing like that or do i need to get creative and build one?

If it's getting over 90 during the day, turn ALL supplemental heating off. 65-70 at night will be fine as long as they get a chance to warm up during the day. If they still top 90 without extra heat I would be afraid of heat-related stress which may cause one or both snakes to puke. Like I said, with those temps you need no extra heat at all. Hopefully, with the heat off, you may get up to mid 80s during the day.
