My C. bicinctores gal, got a bloody nose from rubbing it against the tank wall and jumping at the screen top to much. It is getting better, but she really wants to be wild again. Now my husband has been letting her free roam when he's home. She resorted to hissing, arching her back, and biting him when it comes to returning her to the tank. She even hid one day, we both looked for her and couldn't find her anywhere. The next day my husband saw her roaming in the bedroom and put her away. I am not sure what to do.

I actually find the more they are allowed to run around, the tamer they get. Sounds strange, but they seem to trust me , and I can put my hand down and they will get on.
