Hyper lizard

Hello,
Sometimes my collard lizard will be laying down, then will look excited and then do a back flip. Is this normal?

they are very active, it's quite entertaining to watch their antics!

They swing, and dive, and jump from great heights, and do the flips, and jump to the top of the screen lid and walk upside down and then fall,

Funny little lizards, seem to enjoy themselves. Then they go off for a nap, LOL
