Black bloods

patricw Jul 16, 2005 05:30 AM

Just wanted to post a couple of pics on my Black bloods.

This is my litle male born 2004, he is now about 27inches.

And here i his sister, she is a bit larger but from the same clutch.

And this is my latest adds to my collection.
They are bought as P.curtus but I am not sure, not about the female.
They are both about 45inches.

The male, love his pattern and colours!

And the female, will try to take som hotos of thier heads and maybe some of you can help me out.

Best regards from Sweden! And thanks for looking.

Hey Patric,
Lovely collection of blacks. There is that one that does not reflect the usual black color, but rather a Borneo. However, I could be wrong and cannot confirm that from the photo. At any rate, they are all fabulous animals. I gather you live in Sweden? Where do you guys buy such animals out there?

Hi!

Thanks for the coments.
They are faboulus al four of them.
Yes I live in Sweden, the first two dark ones they come from a breeder in France.
And the second two I got from a friend that owed me some money.
But there is not that many people in Europe that breed bloods on a regular basis.
Will take some photos on their heads as soon as possible.

Best regards Patric

Wow they all look great, especially the first pair of blacks.

The first pair is quite nice, but the second two, I must wonder. The yellowish sides of male, I've never seen before. It may just be the photo, or something new to me, but as I say, quite unfamiliar. The (second) female, by the time it's a yearling I don't expect that look, the "black" will be taking over. There are always exceptions, but not to be expected.
Very nice to see the photos! Thank you for posting them!

Hi there!

As I said I will post some pictures on the head scales as soon as possible.
The second male is awsome, that colour on the photo is the actual colour when he is in the sun.

Regards Patric
